  • 2-3 years supervisory experience in landscape or service industry
  • 2 or 4 year degree in a business or related field or equivalent experience in a service industry
  • Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to train, mentor and develop employees on your team
  • Able to cultivate rapport and lead a team to execute goals defined by branch leadership
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Develop and maintain a schedule to perform site walkthroughs with clients to ensure service expectations are met
  • Identify, pursue and present opportunities to sell ancillary services and site enhancements; create cost estimates and proposals, oversee and manage work to completion
  • Take complete ownership in resolving customer service issues
  • Collaborate with Branch leadership to ensure branch goals are met
  • Identify and employ ways to perform work more efficiently and safely
  • Give actionable feedback that upholds the Andre ethos, standards and safe work practices
  • Direct successful management of company’s resources & assets
  • Ensure field teams comply with company policies, ethics, state laws and regulations
  • Supervise field teams to ensure safety, performance and service expectations are met
  • Hire, manage and train field teams
  • Attend board meetings as needed
  • Ensure portfolio retention
