  • Physically fit and agile
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • High School Diploma (GED) or higher
  • California Driver’s License
  • 2 years experience in water management or a related field
  • Good written and oral communicator, Bilingual in Spanish
  • Strong mathematical skills to calculate amounts, percentages, areas, and volume
  • Able to work alone on a single or varied job sites
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks

  • Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems
  • Lay out and install retrofitted or new irrigation systems
  • Monitor, evaluate and adjust irrigation systems and their components for optimal efficiency, considering seasonal and specific site conditions, on one or varied job sites
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
  • Write reports, conduct audits, submit billing
  • Create and read site map and legends
  • Comply with company policies, ethics, state laws and regulations
  • Safeguard company assets from theft and misuse
